Our Story
A meeting of two mountains and one table.
Everest Bistro was born from a family love for the food of India and Nepal — the tandoors of Punjab, the biryanis of Hyderabad, the steaming momos of the Kathmandu Valley. Every dish is cooked from scratch with hand-ground spices and warm hospitality.
We're proud to serve Charlotte with fine Himalayan-Indian fusion, traditional recipes, and a menu that welcomes vegetarians, meat lovers, and adventurous palates alike.
