Two mountains. One family kitchen.
Everest Bistro is a family-run restaurant serving fine Indian and Nepali cuisine on Mt Holly-Huntersville Road in Charlotte. Our menu is a love letter to the food our family grew up on — the smoky tandoors of Punjab, the fragrant biryanis of the subcontinent, and the steaming momos and thukpa of the Himalayas.
Made from scratch, every day.
Our spices are toasted and ground in-house. Our naan is pulled from a live clay oven. Our momos are hand-folded. Nothing is pre-made, and everything is seasoned with the same care we bring to family dinners at home.
